Eat Well, Live Well


To be healthy means one must know how to eat well, be fit, and practice a healthy lifestyle. A person’s health is one of the most (if not the most important) important part of life. Without it, we won’t be able to enjoy the paradise provided to us by God.

But if all you eat are junk foods then diseases are just living closely to you. Eating vegetables and fruits that are reach in Vitamins A-Z is one of the most basic way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid eating too much fatty, salty, and processed foods because it is not healthy. It is not bad eating those kinds of foods but moderation is also a key to a better lifestyle. Do not overeat and also don’t starve yourself.

            Exercising is one way to burn all the bad cholesterols and fats that you’ve eaten. The best time to exercise is early in the morning because you just had a long rest by sleeping and you haven’t undergone to a lot of activities yet. Drinking lots of water is also part of this healthy lifestyle. When you drink the right amount of water that your body needs, then your body will function properly as you expect it to be.
            Eating is such an important factor in a person’s life. The food you eat defines your health status. The healthier the foods you eat; the longer life you’ll get. Let’s all be aware of what are the contents of the foods we’re eating.
